brekky bowls

i love a good smoothie bowl... not just for breakfast but anytime of day really.

toppings really make it fun + add some texture so be sure not to skimp on them



here are a few of my fave bowl combinations! 


post sweat sess

2-3 frozen bananas

1 tbsp matcha powder

Anima Mundi plant collagen

MRM vanilla protein powder

dairy free milk (start small + add as needed based on consistency)

toppings: chia seeds, hemp seeds, 2 tbsp nut butter, toasted coconut flakes 


green machine 

1 frozen banana

handful of cashew milk cubes (pre frozen)

1 avocado

handful of spinach

1 tbsp matcha powder

1 tsp agave powder

touch of dairy free milk 

toppings: maca powder, sliced mango, almonds


sweet spot

2 frozen banana 

1-1.5 cups frozen mango

MRM protein powder

2 tbsp peanut butter

dairy free milk 

toppings: granola, strawberry slices, chia, hemp seeds


dessert bowl 

3 frozen bananas

2 tbsp cashew butter

frozen coffee cubes

serving of almonds 

1 serving cocoa powder

plant collagen

dairy free milk

option to add choc vegan protein powder

toppings: 2 tsbp nutella or hazenut cacao spread, choc chunks or 2 unreal almond butter cups, granola of choice
